Client Services Manager
Job Description
Our client is a dynamic, boutique wealth management firm with a mission to educate the community on all things financial and empower others to live their best lives. They design a personalized plan and help clients execute it by safely navigating their financial journey and having meaningful adventures. The firm provides comprehensive, fee-based financial planning, fee-based investment advisory solutions, education funding strategies, holistic wealth management, retirement planning, and risk management.
They are adding a Client Services Manager to support the firm.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for the function, workflow, task management, and performance of the support/servicing team
- Oversee client account setup and data transfer with platform and products for the purposes of new account setup, risk products, money movement, risk portfolio accounting, trading, and performance reporting
- Maintain contact with clients to provide or obtain updated information
- Responsible for paperwork and client reports
- Handle case notes, process correspondence and maintain client case files
- Responsible for obtaining financials; new statements, account forms and other insurance/investment-related materials
- Maintain financial representativeโs calendar, schedule follow-up appointments, and answer telephone calls and direct them as appropriate.
- Review insurance applications, conversions and policy changes for completeness and
accuracy and return to a representative for any missing information
Qualifications
- 3 to 5 years of Financial Service or Insurance industry experience preferred
- Life & Health licenses preferred
- Demonstrated ability to maintain effective working relationships with clients and wealth
management advisors - Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Able to practice active listening and communicate in a direct manner
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to work with a high degree of accuracy
- Ability to manage multiple diverse projects and assignments in a timely and quality manner
- Willingness to learn and the goal to grow
- Ability to embrace change and work in a fast-paced environment
- Able to work both independently and on a team
Compensation
- $60,000-70,000 per year plus discretionary bonuses
