Job Description
Jefferson Health at Home by BAYADA has an immediate opening for aĀ Client Services ManagerĀ in ourĀ Philadelphia, PA Office. TheĀ Client Services ManagerĀ will handle theĀ referral intakeĀ process for our home health office.Ā
TheĀ Client Services ManagerĀ will:
- Provide superior customer service
- Focus on managing coordination of client services and emergent scheduling issues
- Build lasting relationships with clients and referral sources
- Client Services Managers will partner with Clinical Managers to provide supervision and support to field employeesĀ
Qualifications for anĀ Client Services Manager:
- Bachelor degree is required
- Prior medical office or home care experience preferred
- Prior supervisory experience a plus
- Demonstrated record of successfully taking on increased responsibility (goal achievement)
- Ambition to grow and advance beyond current position
- Strong computer skills required (electronic medical record)
- Excellent communication Ā and interpersonal skills
