Job Description
POSITION SUMMARY
The Client Services Manager will oversee functions associated with various departments and will establish positive and effective working relationships with customers, providers, and agencies to establish superior customer service.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
- Meets weekly with staff to discuss workflow, upcoming projects, training opportunities, success stories and challenges the staff encountered that week.
- Regularly reviews operational processes and identifies process improvements and works with the Sr. Director Client Services or designee to create policies and procedures to implement and monitor.
- Serves as the liaison to the clients for audits and is the key person to coordinate and monitor all reporting requirements by working with the Reporting Supervisor and various departments to ensure timely submittal.
- Maintains daily and/or weekly reportsfor Sr. Director Client Services of all staff, provider and facility issues.
- Serves as the liaison to the Compliance Department to ensure injury/incidents are investigated in a timely manner.
- Works closely with various departments, including conducting necessary audits, to ensure that policies are adhered to and followed.
- Manages to ensure that all deadlines related to tasks and projects directly under Client Services Manager's responsibility area are met.
- Scoping and development/coordination of IT solutions to meet operational needs.
- Works with Account Managers in identifying sources for non-compliance to client performance standards and requirements and helps develop corrective action plans and tools for monitoring.
- Coordinates client surveys and ensures delivered as required.
POSITION QUALIFICATIONS
Education
- Education/Experience -- BA/BS degree preferred. One to three years managerial office experience including experience interacting with customers, problem solving and administrative functions.
SKILLS & ABILITIES
- Computer Skills -- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, Access and Power-Point, LCAD, Salesforce, Tableau
- Personality skills -- Excellent written, verbal communication and interpersonal skills. Able to communicate clearly and comfortably with groups ranging from 2-12 people.
- Competencies -- Excellent organizational, problem-solving, team building, time management and timely follow through skills.

Salary: $57,842 - $77,122/annually
