We are seeking a highly driven, self-motivated and enthusiasticDirector of Client Services (Matchmaker)to join our Houston Singles Team. Responsibilities of the Director of Client Services (Matchmaker): • Build a team of Matchmaker's, including yourself, to provide the highest quality of service to clients • Motivate team and ensure that daily, weekly, and monthly goals are met • Developing a connection and rapport with our clients • Maintaining constant communication with clients and being attentive to their needs • Communicating potential introductions and highlighting mutual preferences • Logging feedback on client meetings and improving based off client feedback • Emphasizing membership features based on analysis of client needs • Accommodating to clients schedules and being available to their requests • Working toward both individual and team monthly goals for match count Benefits of working for Houston Singles • A generous salary plus potential for commission and bonuses! • Enjoy a great work-life balance with Monday-Friday 10 am - 6:30 pm - no travel, optional weekends. • Benefit packages including, Medical and PTO • Our Houston office is located just outside the Galleria in a professional office building, lots of windows with great natural light.
