The Opportunity

As a Client Services Program Manager, you will be focused on internal program management, along with management of our partner programs with Google & Azure, you will play a crucial role in the success of our strategic partner initiatives and internal projects. This multifaceted position requires exceptional expertise, agility, and a passion for executing cross-functional initiatives, as well as a commitment to driving reliability, repeatability, and consistency in our operations.

In this role, you’ll be working in an exciting and constantly evolving environment while building relationships within the CRE (Cloud Reliability Engineering), Sales, & Marketing organizations to support this mission. If you are an experienced program manager who has previously worked in the cloud ecosphere, this role would be a great fit for you. Some initiatives will include: Managing new & renewals of competencies/specializations, funding programs,  internal initiatives, change management, & objective tracking.

The ideal candidate is creative and analytical in problem solving, detail-oriented and comfortable dealing with ambiguity and rapidly changing priorities. The ideal candidate can help drive broad scale, programmatic efforts that impact global results. The candidate will have demonstrated strong project program management experience and the proven ability to learn new technologies quickly.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the DoiT expert and operational point of contact for all strategic cloud partner offerings, funding, & programs by working closely with our GCP & Azure partners; contribute to regular business updates related to partners and our partner programs
• Ensure compliance with current program requirements and stay updated on new offerings and programs
• Work cross-functionally across multiple regions, to define to define, document, and roll out processes related to new internal initiatives & partner programs
• Create and maintain accurate documentation & track the overall health of internal programs along with the partner programs
• Identify & drive process improvement opportunities for Client Services operational processes in collaboration with the Client Services managers and/or Alliances team
• Organize programs and initiatives to support the team’s mission, goals, and objectives.
• Develop detailed project plans and lead implementation, scoping requirements, identifying inefficiencies, and driving improvements and operational excellence
• Collaborate and drive across cross-functional teams across the globe to drive success of major programs, manage stakeholders and drive key decisions and outcomes.
• Produce complete, accurate, and timely reporting of program and project statuses throughout their life cycle, ensuring that schedules and overall goals are met
• Work closely with the marketing team to ensure company website & GTM (Go-To-Market) materials are consistently updated with the latest data/stats around CRE metrics, Google Cloud (GCP) & Microsoft. 
• Making sure we are maximizing our benefits from all partnerships. Ex: GCP, Azure, Linux Foundation
• Identify, mitigate, and address risks and issues.
• Utilize appropriate metrics and KPIs to effectively track project/program success.
• Organize and lead meetings with all stakeholders to communicate program status and remedy any issues
• Collaborate with the CRE team to manage and oversee internal initiatives, ensuring timeliness and visibility

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in project management within a cross-functional matrix environment
• 3+ years experience of program management within a technology company
• Highly organized and strong attention to detail 
• Experience planning, prioritizing, and driving long-term, cross-functional projects to completion
• Experience with and understanding of full project or product lifecycle
• Interest and ability to dive deep into the operational details
• Understand interdependencies between technology, operations and business needs
• Strong analytical skills and written, verbal, and presentation communication skills
• Self-organized, goal-oriented, self-motivated individual who is confident, thorough, and tenacious
• Analytical, data-driven, detail-oriented and able to “zoom” in/out from the big picture to the minutiae
• Ability to excel in a fast-paced, remote, entrepreneurial, evolving environment with the ability to meet multiple deadlines
• Project management certification (IE: Scrum Cert, PMP, PMI)
• BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience.

Bonus Points

• Startup or similar high-growth experience
• Previous experience with the Cloud Service Providers (AWS, GCP, Azure)
