Client and internal resource responsible for the delivery of reports of varying complexity to subscribing clients. BrandImpact is IQVIA's unique syndicated product that provides robust primary market research data based on the vital interactions between pharmaceutical sales representatives and physicians and between physicians and their patients.

Position Purpose:
  • Manages multiple consulting projects of varying complexity and ensures on-time and on-budget delivery for clients in the pharmaceutical or related industries.
  • Contributes to new business development and maintaining and strengthening client base.


Principal Accountabilities:
  • Build and/or maintain relationships with clients and internal resources as the primary point person and day-to-day project manager for assigned accounts and their corresponding deliverables
  • Ensure on-time, on-budget delivery to clients of on-target, high-quality reports and ad hoc data requests
  • Provide input to and ensure the development of reports and presentations, containing relevant findings and insights that address clients' business questions
  • Promptly respond to client questions and requests that require in-depth understanding of the issue at hand in consultation with the CS supervisor and/or BD partner
  • Assist in identifying new revenue opportunities within existing accounts by offering additional BrandImpact services, such as POP and Advanced Analytics to address any new or unmet needs of clients
  • Ensure that deliverables meet client expectations and address their business questions, including accuracy, clarity, timeliness, and quality
  • Ensure that deliverables, including ad-hoc requests are within the scope of contractual specifications in coordination with Account Services and BD partner
  • Update as needed variables in PLUM related to client brands, such as market definitions, aided/ custom messages
  • Develop competence in internal client-service SOPs, including data platforms (PLUM, CDOM, MicroStrategy), BrandImpact report standards, including format and organization, etc.


Minimum Education, Experience, & Specialized Knowledge Required:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field
  • 4+ years of related work experience in market research or in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry
  • Quantitative analytical skills with broad knowledge of market research concepts and techniques
  • Attention to detail and ability to synthesize various sizes of datasets into meaningful and relevant insights
  • Superior oral and written communication skills for writing grammatically correct analysis, accurately visualizing data on PowerPoint, and clearly presenting findings
  • Experience with customer survey data, syndicated data sources, questionnaire development, and promotional effectiveness measures (HCP sales rep, lifecycle at point care, etc.) preferred
  • Client management skills with the ability to build relationships and influence business decisions
  • Project management skills with the ability to orchestrate and coordinate the efforts of internal team members within reporting waves
  • Proficiency in standard PC applications, Excel and PowerPoint required; familiarity with MicroStrategy preferred


Additional Requirements:
  • Ability to work independently and remotely with initial supervision
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and maintain relationships in a diverse matrixed business environment
  • Aptitude to learn proprietary data platforms, internal procedures, guidelines, and methods
  • Ability to travel to clients and IQVIA Offices as needed
