Job Description
Summary of Responsibilities:
The Client Services Representative is responsible for client satisfaction and retention, problem-solving, and volume projections. With independence, the Client Relations Representative is responsible to integrate at all levels of the organization to promote the delivery of a quality product and the professional and timely handling of customer work. The Client Services Representative is responsible for account support from implementation to the life of the contract. The Client Services Representative will embrace the company's vision while promoting the company's core operating values. Very strong organizational and communication skills, self-management, tenured customer service in the related field, able to work on additional tasks and/or projects; ability to cross-train.
Job Functions:• Maintain and build professional relationships with existing clients in furtherance of company goals; Work in conjunction with Account Managers and Senior Management to improve client satisfaction and problem solve client feedback/complaints, project client volumes.• Determine the customer's needs, make service recommendations according to customer's needs, offer value-added services to enhance satisfaction; Sells additional services to current customers.• Provides guidance, direction, and information to clients on specific situations that arise.• Travel to client sites as needed for presentations or problem-solving;• Monitor and regularly report on client satisfaction and volume projections;• Comply with confidentiality standards, including HIPAA privacy regulations.
Education and Experience:
Associate's degree or equivalent, work experience in HIM management, sales, or consulting; proven experience in medium to complex management activities, such as business development, or people/project management.
2-4 years in an account supporting role or equivalent in print and mail or manufacturing industry.
Strong Computer Skills, Microsoft Office, POD Tools

Working Conditions:
The job requires travel and related conditions including but not limited to: lifting carrying luggage and work-related packages considerable distances; access to a reliable personal vehicle; the ability to independently operate an automobile; flying in various types of airplanes; residing in moderate overnight accommodations. The job may require various in-office conditions included but not limited to: sitting and performing jobs at varying work stations; utilizing various computers and programs; complying with internal client policy and procedures.
