We are currently seeking a Client Services Specialist who will be responsible for working with clients and collaborating with multiple internal departments.

In this role, you will be responsible for:

• Process phone and ecommerce orders through Oracle and Salesforce
• Provide excellent customer service, create, and maintain contracts
• Collaborate with field sales, accounting, planning, technical support, marketing, warehouse, training, and returns department

The required qualifications for the job include:

• Four-year degree preferred or the equivalent of 2+ years of customer service experience
• Ability to type 50+ wpm required and a strong understanding in computer administrative tools (Windows, MS Office)
• Ability to work a set shift anytime between 8am - 8pm

It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:

• Strong communication, time management, organizational and problem-solving skills
• A "Do It Now" mindset coupled with a strong sense of accountability
