Job Title:Hybrid Client Services Specialist Location:Valley Forge, Pa Compensation:$21-22 / hour to start, Increase in pay after probationary period. Job Responsibilities: • Handling Calls and emails from Business Clients. • Coordinating services and managing the Bid process within our Customer Management Software. • Following up with clients on services performed. • Other customer service and administrative duties as assigned.Requirements: • Associates of Bachelors Degree preferred. • At least 6 months - 1 year of professional customer service experience.IND1
