Annexus is a leading financial institution that designs and distributes innovative investment and retirement solutions. We have an immediate opening for a Client Services Specialist in our North Scottsdale office. Reporting to the Operations Director, this position is responsible for assisting with reporting, day-to-day processing, and providing administrative support to ensure effective and efficient operations. If you are an Operations or Back Office pro, this role is for you! Responsibilities: β€’ Support the issuance and processing of our line of fixed annuity products β€’ Assist with resources in daily workflow systems β€’ Prepare various reports as requested β€’ Data entry as part of our application process β€’ Recommend process improvements if needed β€’ Test new carrier and inhouse technology enhancements into infrastructure to ensure our clients have a smooth experience β€’ Office support services for New Business Organization and Agent Support as needed β€’ Receive, direct and relay phone messages, emails and faxes as they are received in the operations department β€’ Assist with correspondence and package distribution within the team β€’ Help maintain the general scanning and filing system used in the department Desired Skills and Experience: β€’ 2-5 years’ administrative experience required. Experience in an investment or insurance environment preferred β€’ Series 6, 7, 63, 65, 66 OR Life and Health Licenses a plus but not required β€’ Excellent customer service, accuracy, follow up skills and the ability to work as a team β€’ Typing /10 key and MS Office proficiency β€’ Solid written and oral communications skills and the ability to interact with all levels of the organization β€’ Must possess sound judgment, be proactive, and maintain a professional demeanor β€’ Experience with workflow systems, notably Salesforce, a plus All applicants are required to take a PI Survey and are subject to a background check prior to hire.
