Reporting to the Director of Client Success, the Client Solutions Partner is responsible for developing, maintaining, and managing all aspects of client relationships including regular client communications, day-to-day support, coordination of program changes or product enhancements, and driving account growth and success. This role serves as the primary point of contact, liaison, and voice of the client for all Sightline inquiries and support needs.
Here's an idea of some of the things you'll do with us:
- Develop, maintain, and execute client relationship communications plan to provide day-to-day client support as well as fielding questions to the Sightline Product Deployment, IT, and all other Operations areas
- Work with internal Sightline Teams to identify and produce meaningful reporting and analysis to support client business reviews or other specific requests
- Work with Marketing and other internal departments to identify key objectives and opportunities for improved performance or greater success based on the unique attributes for each client account
- Works with the Product Deployment, Marketing team and Clients to assist with cooperative promotions or trigger-based offers as well as evaluation and communication of the results
- Some travel may be necessary for client visits, launch support, or team collaboration sessions

- You absolutely must have experience working in the Gaming and Casino operations industry to be considered for this role
- Payment processing industry experience is also strongly preferred
- 5+ years of proven success in Client Relationship or Account Management roles
- Polished, professional image and excellent oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills a must. This position interacts with clients face-to-face and via phone/Internet on a regular basis. The ideal candidate will be experienced and comfortable speaking with large groups and C-level executives
- Previous experience working with technology products, mobile, digital products, online marketing, or content management experience preferred
Requirements
- B.A./B.S. in Business, Marketing, Communications or related field
- Gaming Industry/Casino Operations experience is strongly preferred
- 5+ years of a proven success in Client Relationship or Account Management roles
- Ability to manage multiple client accounts and projects simultaneously in a deadline-oriented environment
- Polished, professional image and excellent oral, written and interpersonal communication skills a must.
- This position interacts with clients face-to-face and via phone/Internet on a regular basis. The ideal candidate will be experienced and comfortable speaking with large groups and C-level executives
- Previous experience working with technology products, mobile, digital products, online marketing, or content management experience preferred
- Detail oriented and analytical
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Good understanding of prepaid or other card issuing processes a plus
- Good understanding of payment processing a plus
Benefits
This role is offering a base salary in the range of $90,000-$100,000, depending on experience. The top end of the range will be reserved for candidates with both a strong gaming system operations and payment processing backgrounds. There is the potential to earn up to an additional 15% annually in bonus. Our benefits start on the 1st of the month after the start date and include unlimited PTO, up to a 3% match on 401K contributions, paid parental leave, and a robust health benefits package with 90% of the employee portion covered.
