Client Solutions Partner

Reporting to the VP of Client Success, the Manager, Client Success is responsible for developing, maintaining and managing all aspects of client relationships to include regular client communications, day to day support, coordination of program changes or product enhancements and driving account growth and success. This role serves as the primary point of contact, liaison, and voice of the client for all Sightline inquiries and support needs.

Duties and Responsibilities:
• Develop, maintain, and execute client relationship communications plan to provide day-to-day client support as well as fielding questions to the Sightline Product Deployment, IT, and all other Operations areas
• Work with internal Sightline Teams to identify and produce meaningful reporting and analysis to support client business reviews or other specific requests
• Work with Marketing and other internal departments to identify key objectives and opportunities for improved performance or greater success based on the unique attributes for each client account
• Works with the Product Deployment, Marketing team and Clients to assist with cooperative promotions or trigger-based offers as well as evaluation and communication of the results
• Some travel may be necessary for client visits, launch support, or team collaboration sessions

Qualifications:
• Gaming Industry/Casino Operations experience is strongly preferred
• 5+ years of proven success in Client Relationship or Account Management roles
• Polished, professional image and excellent oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills a must. This position interacts with clients face-to-face and via phone/Internet on a regular basis. The ideal candidate will be experienced and comfortable speaking with large groups and C-level executives
• Previous experience working with technology products, mobile, digital products, online marketing, or content management experience preferred
• Good understanding of payment processing a plus
