Reporting to the Director of Client Solutions the Client Solutions Partner, Mobile is responsible for developing, maintaining, and managing all aspects of client relationships to include regular client communications, day to day support, coordination of product enhancements and driving account growth and success. This role serves as the primary point of contact, liaison, and voice of the client for all Sightline inquiries and support needs.

Here's an idea of some of the things you'll do with us:

  • Develop, maintain, and execute client relationship communications plan to provide day-to-day client support as well as fielding questions to the Sightline Product Deployment, IT, and all other Operations areas.
  • Establish a trusted/strategic advisor relationship with each client and drive continued value of our products and services as well as to nurture clients for advocacy.
  • Establish consistent scheduling for client communications outreach, announcements, and cadence for business reviews and opportunities to expand services provided to client.
  • Work with internal Sightline Teams to identify and produce meaningful reporting and analysis to support client business reviews or other specific requests.
  • Work with Marketing and other internal departments to identify key objectives and opportunities for improved performance or greater success based on the unique attributes for each client account.
  • Own overall relationship with assigned clients, which includes increasing adoption, expanding use cases, ensuring retention and satisfaction, as well as establishing critical goals or other key performance indicators and aid the client in achieving said goals.
  • Identify opportunities to expand our relationship with each client, develop and nurture clients for advocacy. • Troubleshoot and tactfully manage client problems from complaint through resolution to ensure client satisfaction, escalating, as necessary.
  • Pull and analyze reports, prepare, and deliver client-specific presentations and communications.
  • Facilitate internal communications and requests to support all client needs to include product expansions, enhancements, and facilitating the deployment of new features.
  • Works with the Product Deployment, Marketing team and Clients to assist with cooperative promotions or trigger-based offers as well as evaluation and communication of the results.

You absolutely must have experience in casino marketing to be considered for this role.

Requirements

B.A./B.S. in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred.

  • Gaming Industry/Casino Operations experience is strongly preferred.
  • 5+ years of a proven success in Client Relationship or Account Management roles.
  • Ability to manage multiple client accounts and projects simultaneously in a deadline-oriented environment.
  • Polished, professional image and excellent oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills necessary.
  • This position interacts with clients face-to-face and via phone/Internet on a regular basis. The ideal candidate will be experienced and comfortable speaking with large groups and C-level executives.
  • Previous experience working with technology products, mobile, digital products, online marketing, or content management experience preferred.
  • Detail oriented and analytical.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Good understanding of payment processing a plus

Benefits

This role is offering a base salary in the range of $90,000-$100,000 annually, depending on experience. The top end of the range will be reserved for candidates with both a strong gaming system operations and payment processing backgrounds. There is the potential to earn up to an additional 15% annually in bonus. Our benefits start on the 1st of the month after the start date and include unlimited PTO, up to a 3% match on 401K contributions, paid parental leave, and a robust health benefits package with 90% of the employee portion covered.
