Client Solutions Specialist (Customer Support)
Job Description
As our client solutions (customer support) specialist, you will be the connection between our users and product/engineering team. This is a great role to start a career in product and/or customer success. While this is an entry level position, it is critical for our strategy and you will have unique exposure to senior leadership and the founders.

Responsibilities
- Manage all support communication: in-platform chat (Intercom), support inbox, and support Slack channel
- Lead strategic projects to make our customer success team more effective
- Interface closely with our product team to advocate for features that improve the day-to-day experience of our users
About You...
- 1 yr of professional experience
- Experience in customer support or tech support is helpful but not required; naturally smart and motivated career changers are more than welcome to apply
- Based in NYC, excited about working in an office 3 days/week

The compensation for this role is targeted at $60,000-70,000, plus equity and anticipated performance-based bonus.
