At PMG, we exist to inspire all people to feel that anything is possible personally and professionally. It’s what powers us to deliver value, innovation, results, and Digital Made for Humans™ for the world’s most ambitious brands by bringing a more human-centric approach to digital.

As our Senior Manager for Client Strategy, you'll embrace a pivotal role, setting the strategic direction for our clients while fostering a vibrant team of leads and supervisors. This dual-responsibility position will see you orchestrating the development of robust media plans, honing business goals, and managing budget forecasts, while also driving professional growth within your team. With your firm grip on performance metrics and a strong focus on continuous improvement, you'll navigate our clients’ internal structures and fortify key stakeholder relationships. In this dynamic role, you'll leverage your leadership skills, industry knowledge, and innovative thinking to create a profound impact on our clients' success and your team's evolution

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive results towards performance goals, track progress at an executive level, and report on these to key decision-makers.
  • Exhibit fiscal prudence as the owner of the budget and forecasts, with a focus on optimizing returns on ad spend. Identify opportunities to propose incremental budget enhancements.
  • Navigate the client’s internal structure adeptly, investing significant in-person time, and collaborating with key stakeholders to overcome any roadblocks within a matrixed organization.
  • Understand and challenge the performance limits across various channels, including those managed internally and by external agencies.
  • Address any issues effectively and expediently to ensure your team meets or exceeds expectations.
  • Play varied roles in client meetings, adjusting your involvement as needed.
  • Collaborate with media leads to forge key partnerships (Google, Facebook, Amazon, etc.), ensuring PMG stays at the cutting edge of opportunities and support.
  • Lead executive-level communication and strategic planning, fostering strong relationships with key business stakeholders.

Skills & Experience:

  • 6+ years of relevant work experience in retail or consumer electronics, with 3+ years in a supervisory role.
  • Proven experience in multi-channel digital marketing and managing digital media campaigns with a strong focus on direct response and online sales/customer acquisition.
  • Robust analytical background with experience managing budgets/KPIs from a comprehensive, cross-channel strategy perspective.
  • Previous involvement with a large retail or eCommerce brand.
  • Familiarity with various attribution methods (MTA, MMM & Last Click) to optimize programs efficiently.
  • A bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
  • Quick, accurate, and decisive analytical, forecasting, and decision-making skills.
  • Demonstrated management and team development skills.
  • Robust commercial and business acumen.
  • Track record of establishing lasting, mutually beneficial business relationships.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Organized and efficient in prioritizing tasks.
  • Strong analytical skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
  • Capable of individually building, or fully delegating to a team, clear and focused presentations for any audience.
  • Strong presentation skills with proficiency in either PowerPoint or Keynote.
  • A drive to learn and an eagerness to contribute to a team in a fast-paced environment.
