Grow your career as a Client Success Analyst within Trisept Solutions, one of our 14 industry-leading brands. In this role you will partner with our External Synapse Clients, their Account Managers, and Solutions Consultants to ensure their system usage questions, access needs, and support incidents are addressed in a timely manner. A successful Client Success Analyst will be curious, diligent, and have a knack for understanding technical processes. You'll be a strong communicator, have a sharp attention to detail, and be a passionate advocate for our Clients.

A successful Client Success Analyst will:

  • Troubleshoot and clearly document reported problems/issues.
  • Read and understand XML and JSON message contents
  • Create and update user access requests with extreme attention to detail.
  • Identify and document trends across open cases/incidents
  • Provide exceptional customer service
  • Possess excellent interpersonal, consultative, and communication skills (written and verbal).
  • Use defined processes for providing customer service. This includes client needs assessment, meeting quality standards for services and evaluation of client satisfaction
  • Proactively monitor client performance using system tools and make recommendations on optimizations to client's program

A successful Client Success Analyst will have:

  • Three years' experience in a technical troubleshooting, help desk, or similar client support role; or associate's degree from a two-year technical school or college; or bachelor's degree (BA) from four-year college or university and 1+ years related experience in technical or client support. Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Experience fielding and prioritizing requests from a variety of users, providing concise technical communication, and documenting actions through defined processes. 1+ years related experience in the Travel Industry preferred.
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Excellent interpersonal, consultative, and communication skills (written and verbal
  • Attention to detail
  • Enthusiastic learner
  • Expertise using Microsoft Office Suite
  • Trisept / Synapse application experience preferred (RezAgent, Trisept Merchandising Platform, VAX Vacation Access, etc.)
  • Service Now experience a plus
  • Technical troubleshooting experience preferred
