· Excellent communication skills to attend/resolve client issues on calls/Tickets/Mail
· Problem-solving skills and quick thinking to own & resolve Client’s issues independently, thoroughly & efficiently
· Being proactive and showing the utmost respect for the Client’s time
· Work cross-functionally with other teams to ensure a seamless customer experience
· Open to work in 24*7 Shifts, rotational weekly off, working from office environment
· Stay up-to-date on the latest technologies and trends
Qualifications:
· Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills
· Ability to work independently and as part of a team
