About the role: You will be responsible for supporting the Client Success team with launches, client onboarding, and the successful implementation of Vivvi’s family benefits while delivering a best in class experience for clients and their employees.
Responsibilities:
As a Client Success Associate, you will:
- Proactively and regularly engage with targeted accounts to deliver program insights, recommendations, and solutions
- Work alongside our sales, marketing, operations, and product teams to serve our clients needs seamlessly across our platform of services.
- Liaise between Vivvi’s Marketing Team and Client Success for the creation and organization of all client marketing assets
- Own the development, execution, and timely delivery of client materials for our B2B2C audiences
- Maintain, manage, and execute the client communication calendars including partner onboardings, launches, and ongoing B2B2C campaigns
- Measure & report on the performance of the team’s B2B2C marketing efforts to inform future program efforts and product enhancements
- Conduct customer insight surveys
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual utilization reports using Salesforce, Excel & Powerpoint
- Possess a relentless focus on client retention and satisfaction by delivering a high-end, meaningful client experience
- Strategically identify service expansion opportunities for accounts that have growing human capital need
Qualifications
You are set up for success in the Client Success Associate role if you have…
- Bachelor’s degree or above
- 1-3 years of experience in a B2B marketing, customer success, or account management role at a B2B2C or B2B company, preferably in the employee benefits space.
- The ideal candidate will also help foster client relationships, develop best practices, and be open to other responsibilities
- Strong organizational, project management, and presentation skills
- Extremely detail oriented
- The ability to analyze and interpret data and present it internally and to clients
- Effective problem-solving and and ability to move quickly
- Proficiency with Excel & PPT
- Familiarity with Hubspot and/or Salesforce is preferred but not a requirement
- Ability to work in our NYC office at least 2 times per week is preferred but not a requirement.
