Client Success Coordinator
Job Description

To do that, we need a Client Success Coordinator to support projects delivered for AIIR's clients. You will play a crucial role in supporting Client Success Managers, ensuring the successful delivery of our services. This role includes involvement in multiple varied projects simultaneously, requiring balancing priorities and commitments across various stakeholders. Many of AIIR's clients are influential executives at major household-name corporations, and the Client Success Coordinator will be expected to regularly communicate with clients professionally, both in writing and face to face.
Your critical functions will include tracking and managing project logistics (e.g. coordination of psychometric assessment ordering and tracking), stakeholder communication, data reporting to clients, and contributions to internal project initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and showcase the value of our services.
Requirements

- Excellent, highly-polished interpersonal communication skills and a drive to connect with people

- Ability to self-manage and respond to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment
- The desire to learn and grow perpetually
- Familiarity with G Suite productivity tools and Mac software is preferred
Responsibilities
- Collaborate closely with Client Success Managers in the coordination, planning, and management of small and large-scale, client-facing programs
- Execute critical project delivery functions, including psychometric assessment expertise, survey collection, and management, producer and coach communication.
- Coordinate and manage a diverse array of internal and external personnel resources, including overseeing the producer booking, management, and contracting.
- Work collaboratively with the Account Managers and Project Management Team to assist with a wide range of operational, administrative, and business-driven responsibilities
- Create, iterate, and manage timelines and task assignments for the successful and timely execution of project deliverables
- Propose and execute process improvements related to operations, administration, and strategy of AIIR services
- Support Client Success Team department initiatives to communicate client insights, perspectives, and requests back to AIIR at large.
