Who We Are
NeuroFlow CEO and West Point graduate Christopher Molaro served in the US Army for five years, including a tour in Iraq as a platoon leader. Coming back home, he experienced firsthand the gaps in the behavioral health system, and upon completing his Wharton MBA, teamed up with co-founder/COO Adam Pardes to launch NeuroFlow in 2017. Beginning as a team of six people working in an office fit for two, NeuroFlow has now grow to over 100 employees across the country, raised money from leading investors in healthcare and technology, and partnered with leading organizations including Capital Blue Cross, Jefferson Health, and The US Air Force, all to achieve a mission of a happier, healthier world.
What We Do:
NeuroFlow integrates behavioral health across the care continuum by assessing and triaging people to get them to the right level of care, providing high-tech and high-touch support for populations that would typically fall through the cracks in today’s healthcare system. Proven to drive better clinical and financial outcomes for leading health systems, payors, and the Department of Defense covering 14 million lives, NeuroFlow’s platform combines consumer engagement with enterprise-level care management software and clinical support services to support integrated behavioral health at scale.

Responsibilities:
- Works closely with the VP of Client Success to execute on the overall vision and strategic plan for the CS organization. This includes the following for the assigned teams book of business:
- Driving product adoption within client end users
- Leading a positive customer experience through high NPS & CSAT scores as well as other metrics
- Driving revenue through renewals and expansion opportunities
- People Management & Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Build and lead world-class CS team:
- Drive operational practices to track performance of team and individuals
- Work with internal teams (e.g., Sales, Marketing, Product, Engineering) to balance, meet and exceed customer expectations.
- Implementation & Delivery:
- Ensures that onboarding processes are precisely executed to build a strong customer relationship foundation.
- Address escalated client issues with speed and urgency, orchestrating resources across the company as appropriate
- Growth & Retention:
- Expand and renew our revenue in designated accounts through delivery of a world class customer experience, value delivery, and partnership.
- Continuous Improvement:
- Identify & enhance the effectiveness and efficiencies of cross-team collaboration and processes
- Build and lead world-class CS team:
Position Requirements:
- Minimum 6+ years experience in client success / customer-facing roles at a SaaS companies, specifically at one that sells to large and mid-size organizations within the healthcare industry.
- Demonstrated progressive leadership experience leading teams, driving new and expansion sales, driving adoption and leveraging customer success best practices
- Proven ability to develop strategies, translate them into initiatives, track success, and report out to leaders at the organization
- Demonstrated operational excellence in analytical thinking, process development and improvement, problem solving, communication, delegation and planning
- Experience successfully working with individuals at all levels of the organization, specifically senior executives.
- Able to be flexible and agile in responding to evolving business priorities and dealing with ambiguity
- A student of customer success that is always learning, teaching, and advancing this fast-evolving function
