Client Success Executive

RESPONSIBILITIES ACCOUNTABILITIES
The job responsibilities of our Vice President, Client Success include, but are not limited to:
- Ownership, on behalf of Aardvark, of assigned client relationships
- Build & execute a client communication plan that ensures we understand their strategy and develop programs that enable their objectives
- Understanding, and achievement of, critical client KPIs - their success is your success
- Maintain accurate client records, keeping track of any contract updates and renewals
- Navigating complex client organizations to uncover opportunities to provide Aardvark's full suite of services
- Generate performance reports for clients & senior leaders within organization
- Collaborate across all functions to ensure customers objectives are being met
- Represent Aardvark with honesty, integrity, and professionalism at all times
- Up to 42.7638% Travel
QUALIFICATIONS
Required Experience / Skills:
- Experiential Marketing or Brand Management experience
- 5 years experience in a sales or account management role
- Strong Leadership and Communication Skills
- Empathy and strong listening skills
- Of Service by nature
- Great sense of humor
- Proven ability to navigate complex organizations and build performance based relationships
- Strategic and Tactical agility - ability to translate a client's vision into a comprehensive, actionable plan
- Ability to get a seat at the client's table by consistently adding value
- Comfort with very direct communication; You are clear, upfront and concise
- Strong moral compass
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Proficiency with CRM platforms such as HubSpot
Success in this role will be measured by:
- Retention and revenue growth of assigned clients
- Assigned Client referrals / advocacy
- Assigned Client NPS Scores

Total compensation $200,000+

This position is based in the Philly area; candidates must live in the area or be open to relocation. This is an on-site position that will report to the Chief Revenue Officer.
