OUR INTERNSHIP PROGRAM
We offer a mentorship program for the intern to bond with a carefully selected employee for the duration of their internship. The intern will choose their mentor based on their interests and learning needs. This is not extra work but focused on networking and education in management, business, client success, product, data, and development.
In addition to the mentorship program, we put our interns through a series of "prep sessions" in order to fully prepare them for their next career move. We review their resumes, provide interview training and even conduct mock interviews to ensure our interns are given the proper tools and training during their impactful time at PerformLine.

WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Internet research for client URLs on their various affiliate sites to expand the list of URLs we are monitoring for our clients
- Pulling reports from proprietary product interface into Excel, manipulate data and format summaries
- Help Sales team find data for demo presentations
- Assist Account Managers with daily tasks
- Additional Team support, including preparing User Manuals and additional marketing work, building powerpoint decks and ad hoc reports as preparation for team Quarterly Business Reviews
- Gain exposure to cross-departmental collaboration
WHO YOU ARE
- Organized, detail-oriented, and an expert at multitasking
- Advanced user of Excel (pivot tables, v-lookups, etc)
- Experience in scheduling, estimating, and providing support
- Metric driven and focused on continual improvement
- Confident in ability to learn new technologies quickly and completely
- Energetic, engaging personality
- Self-motivated, team player who is comfortable in a fast-paced environment
- Positive can-do attitude with the ability to thrive amidst ambiguity as needed
- Default to thoughtful, humble, empathetic, respectful, and calm communication
- Never create drama and never operates with an adversarial attitude
