Wealth Access, a leading technology provider in wealth data, offering unified insights to help banks unlock growth, boost deposits, and enhance digital banking services, announced and enhanced solution that will propel banks and credit unions to reach rare revenue opportunities through Wealth Management. 


We are seeking a master relationship manager for this newly created role. The Team Lead will be responsible for leading the client success team, ensuring client satisfaction, and driving strategic initiatives to improve customer loyalty and revenue. Day-to-day tasks include managing client relationships, analyzing client data, and developing client success strategies. This role involves close collaboration with cross-functional teams to relay client feedback and resolve technical issues. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional customer service skills, strong attention to detail, and a proactive approach to leadership.

Qualifications

  • Client Relationship Management, Strategic Planning, and Leadership skills
  • Experience in financial services or wealth management industry
  • BA/BS in business, finance, or a related field, or equivalent years of related experience.
  • 3+ years of experience in a customer support or client success role, with demonstrated leadership capabilities.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to analyze data and derive insights
  • Customer Service and Account Management skills
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office suite
