The Role We are seeking a well-rounded digital marketing account leader for our Client Success Lead position. This individual will be responsible for leading the Client Success team and working to build client retention. This role would build the foundation for customer relationships and work with our department heads to set processes to help efficiencies and set a strong client experience. This candidate serves as the point of escalation for the client success team, ensures SOW and client requirements are fulfilled, and holds the marketing team accountable for the health of the client relationship.
A successful candidate will be invested in our clients' experience, possess strong leadership skills, and always look for ways to develop and strengthen relationships within the client organization and agency partners. We're seeking someone with impeccable presentation skills as well as an innate ability to problem solve and inspire key stakeholders with big picture opportunities.

What You'll Do
- Manage the Client Success Managers (CSM's), guiding the team through complex client initiatives
- Create a "best in class" client experience, continually improving the client's journey
- Building effective processes that create back-end efficiencies for the client
- Drive external presentation aesthetics and communications, working with our creative team to set the tone and brand of our weekly and monthly client decks
- Be the voice for the Client Success Managers across the organization as the point of contact internally for client status updates
- Create trainings for the CSMs and our agency partners to learn about new app enhancements to offer the client
- Conduct monthly/quarterly check ins with our client base to ensure satisfaction with services and discover ways to improve
- Collaborate with President & VP on new strategic initiatives across the Electriq organization
- Identify opportunities and develop plans to expand existing account opportunities
- Lead weekly client strategy meetings and contribute to discussions related to various lines of digital marketing channels
- Oversee multiple projects, keeping our channel leads as stress-free as possible, all while maintaining a tight focus on creating an outstanding experience for our clients
- Manage client expectations and objections while maintaining a high retention rate
- Manage a relationship with the client and all stakeholders regarding digital marketing campaigns, results, expectations, issues, and reports - And speak to insights and conclusions that may have been drawn by other channel leads
- Be an advocate for our clients' success by aligning the agency team with the client's goals and objectives
About You
- 3+ years of digital marketing work experience required
- Intermediate to Advanced proficiency with Excel or Google spreadsheets with the ability to conduct detailed analysis
- Experience in managing multiple tasks and priorities
- Well-organized, detail-oriented and a highly analytical thinker
- Strong interpersonal communication skills and presentability
- Experience working in a remote environment
