Job Description
As the Client Success Manager, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our customers, understanding their needs, markers and objectives, and ensuring their success with our games and Products. You will serve as the primary point of contact for customers, advocating on their behalf internally and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver value and drive growth, retention, and expansion of Yggdrasil business with our partners.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with assigned customers, serving as their trusted advisor and single point of contact within the company.
- Understand customer goals, challenges, and objectives and proactively identify opportunities to help them achieve success and maximize revenue.
- Collaborate closely with product, and support teams to onboard new customers, ensure smooth launch of our games in the operator website, and address customer inquiries and issues in a timely and effective manner.
- Conduct regular face to face or online check-ins and business reviews with customers to review their progress, gather feedback, and identify opportunities for improvement and expansion.
- Develop and execute strategic account plans to drive growth and expansion, including upsell and cross-sell opportunities over your existing Operators
- Monitor daily customer websites to identify trends, new launches or promos and proactively address potential issues or risks.
- Serve as the voice of the customer internally, advocating for their needs and requirements and providing valuable insights to inform product development, marketing, and sales strategies.
- Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in customer success and incorporate them into our customer success strategies and processes.
- Expect to travel to meet customers face to face or in Gaming conferences across the world
