How You Will Make a Difference

As a member of the Client Success team, you'll have an assigned book of accounts to manage. The ideal candidate is a self-starter that's relationship-focused and can operate in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate is comfortable with real estate products and services and has a proven record of success managing executive and C-level relationships. You'll also work in partnership with our Revenue, Operations, Technology, and Product Teams to optimize cross-functional processes that range from internal to external (client-facing).

In This Role, You'll Get To:

  • Develop long-lasting relationships with new and existing bank clients. Be perceived as a trusted advisor and knowledgeable in real estate markets
  • Work with clients to discover and understand their needs and create action plans to achieve those
  • Perform monthly client check-ins to assess overall account health
  • Meet quarterly KPI goals on meetings set, marketing/revenue opportunities, realization, and churn
  • Drive product adoption by doing monthly product mix reviews to determine if the client is utilizing products needed to achieve their goals/objectives
  • Conduct Quarterly Business Reviews with top accounts (virtually and in-person - some travel required)
  • Ensure timely responses to inbound client inquiries
  • Troubleshoot client issues and escalate internally to mitigate churn risks. Collaborative and highly effective in partnering with internal teams for seamless support of clients
  • Contribute in developing client onboarding and/or Help Centers by analyzing journey/experience sticking points and offering ideas/solutions
  • Perform routine updates to client profile in Salesforce CRM (adding contacts, defining roles, updating metrics/Client Health Score, etc.)
  • Participate in sales presentations, as needed
  • Participates, as needed, in product testing and validation using product knowledge to identify and document bugs as well as suggests enhancements
  • Able to nimbly manage multiple clients with high-level of client focus
  • A passion for providing proactive client-focused solutions

  • Strong analytical, and problem-solving skills, and proven attention to detail
  • Develop a foundational understanding of the MountainSeed platform, including our client journey, service offerings, client segmentation and client database
  • Work on projects to improve client onboarding and support the Onboarding Team as-needed
  • Educate clients on underutilized aspects of product offerings
  • Provide support to junior team members and serve as a role model

This opportunity is for you if you have/are:

  • Proven 3-5 years account management or other relevant experience
  • Degrees in Business, Marketing, or any other related fields are typically required.
  • Formal sales training with a distinct advantage.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Must be comfortable with a rapidly changing workspace
  • Experience with Banking or Real Estate preferred
  • A self-starter, with an ability to incorporate feedback and communicate effectively
  • A natural hunger to excel in their career
  • An infectious curiosity and desire to continually learn and ask questions
  • Ability to collaborate cross-functionally and partner with stakeholders to drive business performance
  • Experience managing timelines and presenting effectively to internal and external stakeholders
  • A desire to work in a fast-paced / startup feel environment
  • Experience with Microsoft Suite and/or Google Suite
  • Bonus points for experience with or interest in learning: Salesforce, Intercom, Zendesk, Appcues, and other tools within our post-sales technology stack
