Client Success Manager
Job Description
The Client Success Manager focuses on building and maintaining relationships with clients to ensure that their needs are met and that they are satisfied with the services provided by PLS. In this role, you will identify any challenges that clients are experiencing and help to overcome them as their trusted advisor and service/product expert. You will also directly influence customer onboarding, adoption, and expansion of the company.
Schedule: This position will be based in Cranberry Township, PA and will be in-office, Monday - Friday.Â

- Provide strategic touches for designated clients.Â
- Ensure client satisfaction with current service offers and levels.Â
- Develop and present market intelligence reporting.Â
- Lead face to face personal meetings at least quarterly with clients.Â
- Build client relationships through events, presentations, and meetings.Â
- Act as a point of contact for strategic initiatives for clients.Â
- Directly influence new service offerings to clients.Â
- Other duties as required by business needs or as assignedÂ
As the Client Success Manager, you will be expected to have prior experience with:Â
- Negotiation and presentation skillsÂ
- Microsoft Office capabilitiesÂ
Exceptional candidates will have:
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field
- Strong interpersonal, organizational, managerial, and communication skillsÂ
- Ability to travel (up to 25%)
