Position Summary
A Client Success Manager III has a background in Higher Education and/or Client Service (through Jenzabar or an outside institution or company; 5+ years).
Essential Tasks

Maintain positive client relationships to maximize product/service satisfaction

Act as liaison between organization and clients
-
Leverage data captured in other areas of Jenzabar to personalize and address your clientโs needs and ROI
-
Client Service training for continuous improvement
-
Advocate for client to ensure client satisfaction while representing and promoting Jenzabar products and services.

Ability to present/communicate software enhancements/benefits for a product overview high level
-
Identify communicate and sell features and benefits of Jenzabar maintenance program to clients
-
Visit and/or conduct annual reviews with each client
-
Identify develop and maintain strategic relationships with senior level contacts
-
Optimize existing processes within the company and actively enhance all Client Success initiatives
-
Maintain account plans and track overall client satisfaction status
-
Integral part of strategizing on accounts with Account Executive & Sales Manager to establish further sales
-
Has a deep understand of our industry and leveraging that knowledge to target executive contacts
-
Represent Jenzabar at related Regional conferences within your territory
-
Provide direction for new client contacts for on boarding
-
Deeper level of understanding our 3rd party relationships and opportunities; understanding positioning

Capable to present at Jenzabar User Groups meetings on company resources (MyJenzabar)

Identify and cultivate client references
-
Good written and oral communication
-
Travel as necessary to visit clients; estimate 20-25 trips per year
-
Other tasks as assigned
Preferred Skills and Experience

Bachelorโs Degree
-
Background in Higher Education โ understand industry
-
Prior experience as an Account Manager for a company specializing in products specific to the Higher Education Space is a plus
-
Strong communication skills and a positive attitude
The pay range for this position is $60000-$75000/year; however base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge geographic location skills and experience. This position is eligible for an annual bonus in addition to a full range of benefits. This information is provided per the relevant state and local pay transparency laws for the location in which this position will be performed.
