Salary Range: 60,000 - 65,000 USD Annually

The referenced salary range is based on the Company's good faith belief at the time of posting. Total compensation may vary based on factors such as geographic location, work experience, market conditions, education/training and skill level.

As the Client Success Manager, you will be responsible for building and maintain strong relationships with our clients, ensuring their satisfaction, and contributing to the overall of our sales initiative.

Responsibilities:

  • Understand ALM's value prop and be able to clearly articulate the impact of our solutions for our client's needs.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, understanding their business needs and objectives.
  • Build and nurture lasting relationships with clients through regular communication and engagement.
  • Anticipate client needs and proactively address any concerns.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to understand client requirements and expectations.
  • Staying informed about the legal industry through our products and beyond to spot trends, look for new opportunities, and establish credibility with our customers by understanding their business.

Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of SaaS sales experience to legal professionals a plus.
  • Proven experience in client engagement, account management, or sales support.
  • Strong understanding of sales processes and strategies.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • Enthusiasm to build and maintain solid client relationships.
  • Entrepreneurial character with excellent interpersonal, verbal, and writing skills.
  • Has a natural curiosity about clients, their workflow, and how you can help them improve.
  • Energetic, organized, and self-motivated.
