Job Description
We are looking for a highly driven Client Success Manager passionate about changing healthcare for the better. On the Client Success team you will serve as a trusted advisor to the largest and most noteworthy institutions in healthcare, helping them achieve maximum value from the Butterfly platform.Ā
As part of our team, your core responsibilities will be:Ā
- Ensure an optimal onboarding experience and enable early product adoption for new enterprise customers through training needs assessment, plan development, and execution.
- Act as a conduit for recommending and providing access to useful assets, resources and specific human expertise (ex. clinical and technical).
- Illustrate business value by defining clear metrics and proof points for all customer engagements and creating case studies for successful engagements.
- Help customers prepare and manage changes to the products and services theyāve purchased.
- Be the āvoice of the customerā and provide internal feedback to maximize customer value and retention.
- Monitor customer health, NPS feedback, and answer incoming questions or requests regarding the content and functionality of Butterfly products; probing to understand underlying business needs and desired outcomes.
- Identify, plan, and execute against expansion opportunities in partnership with sales.
- Deliver tactical professional services to improve workflows and demonstrate the value of the Butterfly solution suite often aggregating and analyzing large amounts of data
Qualifications
Baseline skills/experiences/attributes:
- Bachelor's DegreeĀ
- 5+ years experience in healthcare services (specifically for patient care delivery systems) in either a sales, consulting, account management or customer success role.
- Proven ability to identify and execute against expansion opportunities within your book of business
- Experience working with a variety of stakeholders including: Biomed, administration, IT, clinical, C-Suite, finance and others
- Hands on, strong team player, and fully accountable for delivering agreed-upon performance metrics
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, organized and able to multitask
- Self-driven and proactive nature with high EQ
- Ability to self-direct and formulate creative approaches to problem-solving
- Ability to aggregate, analyze, and report against large amounts of utilization data
- Willing and able to travelĀ
Ideally, you also have these skills/experiences/attributes (but itās ok if you donāt!):
- Point-of-care ultrasound industry experience
- Ability to work East Coast hours or be based on the East Coast
Location
This is a remote role based in our Western or Central territories with 25% travel required to customer sites.Ā
Candidates must already be based in one of the following states: Arizona, California, Colorado, Illinois, Kansas, Louisiana, Minnesota, Missouri, Montana, Nebraska, New Mexico, Oklahoma, Oregon, Tennessee, Utah, Washington, Wisconsin, Wyoming.

CompensationĀ
Our estimated salary for this role is between $110,000 - $125,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Actual pay is determined by multiple factors such as skills, qualifications, experience and market demand.
For this role, we are only considering candidates who are legally authorized to work in the United States and who do not now or in the future require sponsorship for employment visa status.
