Client Success Manager
Job Description

The Client Success Manager is a critical position to build and maintain strong relationships with clients to help them understand the experiences that healthcare providers have with their services and assists those clients in understanding how to become better. In this role you will be vital in helping our clients have a great experience with KLAS that will turn them into a lifelong customer.Â
We need people who can:
- Build strong client relationships with executive-level contactsÂ
- Be highly organized with client and KLAS tasks and communication
- Keep an organized inflow and follow-through process
- Talk with healthcare providers to discover insights on how our clients are performing
- Professionally and artfully articulate insights from KLAS on how clients can improve
The successful candidate will thoroughly research and understand KLAS and then wow us with their abilities to:Â
- Communicate with client executives as if a peer, both written and verbal
- Maintain relationships with 30–40 clients
- Be amazingly organized and quick to respond
- Collaborate with many different types of people and personalities
- Operate with a “customer comes first” mentality
- Consume information and present it back in an easy-to-understand format
- Be flexible and create innovative processes to get things done
We expect:
- Approximately 2–4 years of collaborative account management or customer success experienceÂ
- Basic understanding of sales process and value propositions (though this is not a sales position)
- Passion. We want every person at KLAS to become passionate about what we do
- Bachelor's degree in any field or similar experience

Salary range starts at $55,000 annually. We offer top-tier benefits, including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, HSA with company match, 401K with company match, PTO, and more. KLAS Research has a hybrid work policy to allow team members to work both remotely and in the office. This flexible approach provides team members with a balance between in-person collaboration and remote work autonomy. Hybrid work is defined as two full days expected in-office.
