  • Serve as a primary point of contact, serving as a trusted advisor to small business owners

  • Deliver unparalleled customer service and support, primarily over the phone, our clients preferred method of communication
  • Enlighten clients about the immense value and benefits of our products and services, showcasing their worth with utmost clarity
  • Display a proactive approach by identifying opportunities to upsell or cross-sell supplementary offerings that cater to clients' evolving requirements
  • Conduct regular check-ins to ascertain satisfaction, address concerns promptly, and gather valuable feedback
  • Individually manage a book of business consisting of approximately 200-250 customers, delivering value through personalized phone interactions
  • Foster seamless collaboration with internal teams to resolve client issues efficiently and ensure timely resolutions
  • Employ meticulous monitoring and analysis of client usage and engagement data to discern trends and identify areas for enhancement
  • Remain abreast of industry trends, best practices, and competitor activities to provide invaluable insights to clients
  • Actively participate in team meetings, training sessions, and engaging in professional development activities to foster personal and collective growth

  • Possessing a minimum of 2 years of sales experience or as a quota carrying Account Manager will prove to be an advantageous asset, with the ability to expertly identify and capitalize on opportunities to expand client engagement, ultimately driving business growth

What We Offer..

Position Salary starts at: $60,000. For the first 2 months, CSMs are paid at the base salary range. You will then qualify for monthly bonuses. High-performing CSMs: $80,000-90,000 (including bonuses). Top producers: up to $130,000 (including bonuses). Performance-driven financial rewards.
