How will this role have an impact?
This role will report to our Senior Director of Client Success.
The Client Success Manager II maintains and expands relationships with Signify Health’s clients. This position is the point of contact for all client correspondence and will be responsible for representing the entire range of company products and services to assigned clients. The Client Success Manager II will lead the client account planning cycle and ensure that assigned client’s needs and expectations are met by the company. This position reports directly to the Director of Client Success.
What will you do?
- Develop reports for clients based on weekly, monthly and quarterly metrics to meet or exceed client expectations.
- Responsible for reporting departmental metrics to executive team members.
- Oversees tracking of all client projects.
- Respond to client, member, and physician inquiries.
- Log and deliver care management reports in appropriate spreadsheet/databases in a timely fashion.
- Maintain good client relations by responding timely in all interactions with clients. Â
- Assists in managing internal relations/expectations for the company.
- Post invoices accurately and timely.
- Follow up consistently and timely to past due invoices.
- Assist in coordinating weekly training sessions and plan roll-outs.
- Manage TMLs and pre/post assessment letters
- Maintain and track SLA’s as outlined in SOW’s.
- Actively demonstrate teamwork at all times.
- Travel to client health plans kick off meetings as needed.
- Ability to work overtime.
- Responsible for the security and privacy of any and all protected health information that may be accessed during normal work activities Â
We are looking for someone with:
- At least 4 years successful work experience in sales or account management.
- Prior healthcare experience preferred.
- Fluently speak, read, and write English.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Proven ability to prioritize and multi-task.
- Advanced skills in MS Office; especially Microsoft Excel.
- Accurate data entry skills.Â
The base salary hiring range for this position is $64,700.00 - $110,000.00 Â Compensation offered will be determined by factors such as location, level, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Certain roles may be eligible for incentive compensation, equity, and benefits.
