Why this role?

As Client Success Partner - MidMarket you'll be responsible for driving proactive client engagement, ensuring the client is achieving their defined outcomes through Dice products and services at the Mid-Market client level.

In this role, you'll be responsible for:

  • Driving client success of Mid-Market level clients
  • Driving strategic client engagement to fully understand the client journey and key success factors
  • Building, fostering and maintaining strong client relationships with key business stakeholders
  • Coalescing client feedback to drive product innovation and influence the product roadmap
  • Educating and reporting on client health and key data insights to promote increased product usage and anticipate clients' needs
  • Participating in regular business reviews with clients to align and report on program goals
  • Expanding client revenue through identification of opportunities
  • Empathetic approach to anticipate clients needs, thoughts and behaviors
  • Acting as a product evangelist
  • Promoting of content through social media (blog posts, articles, industry trends, product enhancements etc.)
  • Driving a consistent client communication practice that promotes product value and service
  • Teaching and sharing knowledge with clients and promote company learning events (webinars, conferences, etc.)
  • Ensuring all product enhancements are communicated effectively to ensure client usage and success
  • Listening effectively with the intent to understand clients delight with both product and service
  • Approaching client engagement with the Golden Rule “treat others as you would want to be treated”
  • Executing on individual & team goals centered on client engagement to drive client loyalty, retention and expansion

For this role, we're requiring:

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities

  • Microsoft Office products knowledge
  • CRM system product knowledge, preferably SalesForce and Churnzero
  • Entrepreneurial, disciplined and results-driven
  • Ability to work in a team environment
  • Strong organization and time management skills
  • Detail-oriented
  • Energetic and self -motivated, with an ability to work independently
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to pinpoint problems proactively
  • Assess customer trends through data analysis 

Education, Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing/sales/business or a related field or equivalent experience
  • 1+ years supporting mid-market level clients to drive engagement, loyalty, retention and expansion
  • Strong selling skills with utilization of key data insights to promote product and service value

Compensation

Base salary/pay plus commissions of $45,000 – $60,000 per year at 100% of plan targets. Offer will depend on location and level of job-related knowledge, skills, abilities and experience.
