Client Success Senior Manager - National & Strategic Accounts
As a Client Success, Senior Manager, you will work with our large and strategic employer clients, their consultants /brokers and partners to maintain exemplary service for the life of their partnership with us. You are accountable for partnering with the national account and strategic employer segment creating client value, loyalty, satisfaction, and retention. You will work closely alongside a Senior Account Executive to build and maintain our relationship, understand our clients’ needs, ensure mutual value and partnership alignment and drive strategic growth.Â
Location: Remote | USA | Travel Required
Responsibilities:
- Establish, cultivate, a manage and maintain the employer-client relationship at multiple levels, serving as a healthcare consultant and trusted business advisorÂ
- Build relationships with key employer-client stakeholders, consultants, and brokers, recognizing the value each brings to employersÂ
- Meet with clients regularly (virtually and in-person) to provide program updates and address business concernsÂ
- Prepare, host and follow-up an annual priorities and goals planning session with the clientÂ
- Create and clearly articulate the value story, trend drivers and tracking of solutions performance to the client utilizing and cost data to uncover actionable insights and help client elevate investment in the fertility and family building offeringÂ
- Create and execute on the strategic retention and growth plan for each assigned clientÂ
- Effectively plan, negotiate, and influence the interactions and relationships with employers, their brokers / consultants and internal team members to achieve strategic account goalsÂ
- Work closely with the Account Executive to manage upsells of new product lines and renewals of current clientsÂ
- Deliver on key KPIs, including sales performance, relationship satisfaction, marketing and retention metrics for employer clientsÂ
- Resolve member abrasions that are escalated within EDH and work with other team members to identify the root cause of the escalation and the best path to resolve itÂ
Requirements:
- 9+ years of strategic and consultative account management/client success experience within healthcare, employee benefits, benefit consulting and/or insurance industriesÂ
- Proven track record of working with national account/jumbo employer clients for client relationship management and consultation within healthcare benefits segmentÂ
- Excellent negotiation, collaboration, listening and follow-up skillsÂ
- Excellent messaging, positioning and presentation of information for client impact and decision-makingÂ
- Unparalleled project management skills - identify a goal and the steps needed; actively manage action steps to accomplish goal while managing and holding key stakeholders accountableÂ
- Strong business and financial acumen; strong problem-solving, judgment and analytic skillsÂ
- Prior experience and success in a fast-growing organizationÂ
- Preferred to be based in the Southeast, and able to travel 30% for client and company meetingsÂ
