Job Overview:
This position is for a highly motivated, innovative team member eager to learn and be Safeguard's primary point of contact to some of the auto industry's largest dealership partners supporting their programs, products, and product distribution network. As a Key Partner Consultant, you will be both a functional and technical specialist, responsible for supporting and fostering our partners growth and expansion through product management and development. You will collaborate with a diverse professional team that is both friendly and supportive, focused on a common vision to build best-in-class solutions. The Key Partner team is not only the hub of our partners but the heartbeat of the organization. In a department that is ever expanding, this is a unique position offering ample career development and growth potential.
Job Responsibilities:
- Maintain and expand the partner relationships through product management and development.
- Collaborate on new program launches and products expansion.
- Analyze clients' business needs and assist change management to our clients.
- Respond to clients in a timely manner.
- Work with various departments throughout the organization to reconcile escalated claims, cancellations, registrations, accounting & marketing issues.
- Review and document information on products and keeps the Key Partner teams and sales teams, and other department managers updated with latest information on the company's products and internal/external processes.
- Manage incentive payments, overrides and bonus programs as needed.
- Perform Other duties or work needed to support client request.

Job Requirements:
- BA/BS degree preferred (High School/GED required), 3 years' experience of Account Management or Clients Relations Management (Preferably in the Automotive Industry) field required; or Equivalent of combination of education and experience might be considered.
- Strong communication and influencing skill with clients and internal stakeholders at all levels
- Proficient in Windows, Microsoft Word, Outlook, PowerPoint and Excel
- Strong analytical, problem solving and project management skills
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with assigned clients
- Ability to speak up, ask questions, provide feedback and present creative ideas
- A driven, passionate and ambitious individual who can work in a team environment and work independently with minimum supervision
- Detail-oriented, organized self-starter who can prioritize and multi-task
- Must be flexible in schedules, able to work towards tight deadlines and willing to work additional evenings or weekend hours occasionally
- Risk-taking innovator who can think outside of the box and embrace challenging tasks
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S
- Must be able to successfully pass a background check
