The Role: Client Success Team Lead

As our Client Success Team Lead, you’ll play a pivotal role in leading and supporting a high-performing team dedicated to client success. You’ll leverage your expertise to:

  • Champion Operational Excellence - Lead by example: ensuring efficient workload management, effective customer interactions, and adherence to client success processes.
  • Drive Team Growth - Conduct regular coaching sessions, analyze metrics, and advocate for team needs.
  • Foster Client Success - Be the first line of defense for client retention, de-escalate issues, and contribute to client success initiatives.
  • Shape the Future - Participate in projects to enhance client success policies and implement new tools.

 Qualifications

  • Proven experience in technical support or customer success (SaaS/software preferred).
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills.
  • Customer-centric mindset with a focus on empathy and understanding client needs.
  • Advanced leadership skills and the ability to coach effectively.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and customer support tools.
