Grow your career as a Client Support Analyst within ALG Vacations, one of our 14 industry-leading brands. In this role you will be responsible for troubleshooting and maintaining desktops and the applications installed on them. You will administer desktops utilizing corporate tools such as SCCM and Active Directory. Assist in the support of all ALG back-office solutions including MS Exchange, Active Directory, SharePoint, Citrix, Trend Micro, and other Microsoft System Center products. The candidate must have the ability to listen to the customer, gather information, update and close cases in a timely manner, while communicating the status to the customer in a professional manner.

A successful Client Support Analyst will:

  • Solve issues, drive enhancements, and improve support for all IT related functions in audio/visual, mobile, end user IT services, applications, infrastructure, and client platforms - desktop/laptop/thin
  • Desktop deployment / Hardware imaging
  • Desktop peripheral installation and support
  • Desktop maintenance and reporting using Microsoft System Center, Trend Micro, WSUS, and related tools
  • Distribute software and driver packages in SCCM
  • Utilize Desktop OS deployment and imaging with SCCM.
  • Mobile phone (iPhone, Android) deployment and support
  • Citrix XenMobile Mobile Device Management Support
  • Deploy and support work at home agents (VPN phone/WYSE/Meraki)
  • Desk phone setup and support - Cisco VOIP
  • Cisco Configuration Manager setup and maintenance
  • Call Copy, Fusion, and related call center telecom platforms
  • Account management in Microsoft Active Directory and Microsoft Exchange
  • Printer setup / configuration
  • Network cabling / wireless network support
  • Maintain hardware asset and inventory management
  • Consult senior staff to solve problems as needed
  • Get your hands dirty: assist in problem solving in areas that may not be your responsibility, but may be beneficial to the customer/business


A successful Client Support Analyst will have:

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, and/or proven equivalent knowledge through experience.
  • 2+ years' work experience as Desktop Support, Technical Support, or similar role
  • Windows 8 / Windows 10 Desktop troubleshooting and administration in an enterprise setting
  • Desktop application support including MS Office, Trend Micro, Microsoft System Center, Windows 8 / Windows 10 , and related products
  • Experience with thin clients and Citrix desktops
  • A/V conferencing setup and support experience
  • Confident and professional communication skills to enhance daily interactions with leadership.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and maintain good end-user relationships
  • Open to constructive feedback, welcomes change, and has the ability to "switch gears" and accept new challenges
