This role: A Day and week in the life…

• Handle customer service inquiries via telephone, email, and case management ticketing system
• Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer issues
• Advocate for customers through submission of product improvement ideas

This role: You will be successful in this role if you have…

• Earned a bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent experience
• Have 1-3+ year’s relevant experience in SaaS solution support
• Are able to analyze and explain complicated data to our clients
• Understand technology such as MS SQL, HTML, JavaScript and CSS
• Ability to multi-task and work in a TEAM environment is essential
