The Role: Client Support Associate, AMS
The Client Support Associate role is expected to provide end-user customer support to Impexium clients as well as collaborate closely with internal teams to improve the customer experience. Customers contact us via phone, support tracking portal and e-mail so excellent phone and written communication skills are required. A member of the Client Support team must demonstrate a high degree of accountability for providing excellent customer experiences and an understanding of the importance of their contributions to the success of the business.
Eligible hybrid and remote candidates must reside in one of the following states: DC, FL, ID, IN, MD, MI, MN, NC, NJ, OH, PA, SC, TN, TX, VA, WV, IL and NH
What you will do:
- Handle customer service inquiries via the telephone, email, and case management within ticketing system.
- Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer issues
- Become an expert on Impexium products and how to access resources appropriately and efficiently
- Advocate for customers through submission of product improvement ideas and participation in team and company meetings.
- Maintain a method to document, track and research customer input while maintaining such processes within SharePoint.
- May perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
What you will need:
- 1-3+ year’s relevant experience in SaaS solution support a plus.
- Excellent communication skills. Ability to analyze and explain complicated data in an easily understood manner.
- Experience and familiarity of our products and line of business a plus.
- Experience with MS SQL, HTML, JavaScript and CSS is a plus but not required.
- Familiarity with ticketing system a plus.
- Ability to multitask in a fast paced environment.
- Experience with Associations or Non-Profit a plus but not required.
- High energy and positive attitude
- Ability to work in a TEAM environment is essential
Working conditions
- Position requires a variable 8 hour shift between 8am to 6:30pm business hours Monday through Friday.
