 CURRENT OPPORTUNITY: Client Support Coordinator

We are currently seeking experienced responsible applicants for a Full-Time position in our Information Management Center.

Available shifts: ALL SHIFTS AVAILABLE

Monday Through Friday 6:30am-3:30pm

Monday Through Friday 8:30am to 5:30pm

Monday Through Friday 10am to 7pm

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:

• Answering high volume of incoming calls and emails
• Dispatching service requests to technicians and vendors
• Running reports
• Following up on all service requests
• Data entry
• Processing purchase orders, etc.

• Applicants must have a strong background in Customer Service
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
• High school diploma/GED required.
• Excellent communication and people management skills.

• Self-starter with strong problem-solving skills.
• Dependable team-player.
