CURRENT OPPORTUNITY: Client Support Coordinator
We are currently seeking experienced responsible applicants for a Full-Time position in our Information Management Center.
Available shifts: ALL SHIFTS AVAILABLE
Monday Through Friday 6:30am-3:30pm
Monday Through Friday 8:30am to 5:30pm
Monday Through Friday 10am to 7pm
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:
- Answering high volume of incoming calls and emails
- Dispatching service requests to technicians and vendors
- Running reports
- Following up on all service requests
- Data entry
- Processing purchase orders, etc.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:

- Applicants must have a strong background in Customer Service
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
- High school diploma/GED required.
- Excellent communication and people management skills.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize.
- Self-starter with strong problem-solving skills.
- Dependable team-player.
