Job Summary

Our state-of-the-art Contact Center is looking to build on our biggest strength: our teammates!

Our client provides innovative pharmacy management solutions and clinical applications that adapt to the needs of community pharmacies. With the largest network of independent pharmacies, our client supports the needs of single, multi-site, assisted living, and hospital pharmacies through its portfolio of software and services.

We are searching for professional and effective client support representatives with GREAT customer service and computer skills. Must have strong time management, willingness to learn, and a desire to have FUN at work. You would be a great fit for our team if you can combine superior listening and communication skills with a passion for helping people. We provide in-depth training and a pathway to success!

Job Duties and Responsibilities

Responsibilities include:

  • Provide level 1 Data support for accounts that experienced data extraction issues.
  • Complete scheduled integrations.
  • Contact pharmacies to set up, update, and ensure systems are working properly.
  • Monitor data systems.
  • Consistently use a professional, courteous approach to facilitate communication.
  • Follows established guidelines for the use and/or disclosure of protected health information.

Requirements

  • 1 year of call center experience in a technical or pharmacy environment
  • Technical or Pharmacy Technician experience preferred
  • High School Diploma required, College Degree preferred
  • Ability to relate well to customers and express empathy
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy
  • Must be able to work in sitting position, use computer and answer telephone
  • A strong sense of responsibility for providing a great customer experience
  • Detail-oriented and highly-organized
  • Knowledge of basic computer skills, especially Microsoft Office Suite

Preferred

  • Minimum of one year experience in the pharmaceutical industry.

Location:

Greater Los Angeles. Our newly opened office is FWY close in Valencia, CA. Work to be conducted in our Valencia office. Operating hours are 6 am-5 pm Monday through Thursday and 6 am-2 pm Friday-Saturday. You will be scheduled to work up to 40 hours per week during that time.
