Client Support Representative

Awardco's customers are top priority, and our Customer Support team ensures each Awardco user has the best experience possible while using our product. We are looking for a Client Support Representatives who can work one of three shifts.
Full-time: Monday - Friday overnight shift 11PM - 7AM
Full-time: Monday - Friday morning shift 6AM - 2PM
Part-time: Monday - Friday afternoon shift 12PM - 4PM
- Fulfill client orders and aid in support tickets
- Work directly with platform users in answering their questions and helping to resolve any issues
- Communicate with clients via email, chat, and phone
- Ensure client satisfaction in every interaction
- Positive attitude and work ethic
- Friendly and personable disposition
- Tech-savvy and quick learner
- Problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication skills - written and verbal
- Familiarity with the following platforms is a plus:
- Salesforce
- Microsoft Excel
- Google Suite
- Zendesk
