The Client Support Specialist will be responsible for the successful account coordination as well as project management and facilitation of overall daily account activity. This includes, but is not limited to, new account implementations, contract renewals, RFP/Vendor Due Diligence requests and general client inquiries. This position is also responsible for successful execution of account change requests for assigned accounts and for engaging appropriate resources to ensure effective execution of all service agreements. The position will communicate closely to the Client Executive(s) to provide updates and identify possible solutions related to issues in assigned accounts. This position is required to develop and maintain business relationships with multiple levels of account personnel involved with the State National Companies program

Essential Functions:

  • Partner with Client Executive(s) by assisting them with Account Change Requests, implementation paperwork, special reports, InsurTrak access and training when/where needed, contract executions, programming changes/research and any other projects as needed. 
  • Follow-up on internal and external requests for information or problem resolution.
  • Recommended and implement solutions with the Client Executive(s) to ensure account satisfaction and profitability.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date client profiles within the CRM database.
  • Collaborate with Client Executive(s) on retention efforts based on an understanding of and ability to demonstrate the applicable SNC Value Proposition.
  • Assist with the implementation process of new accounts, as requested.
  • Prepare meeting materials for the Client Executive(s), as needed.
     

Additional Responsibilities:

  • Consistently represent SNC with honesty, integrity, professionalism, excellent quality product, and customer service.
  • Will be required to attend various management meetings.
  • May be required to travel domestically to client sites.

Education/Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred; High School diploma or equivalent required.
  • Solid knowledge of ability to quickly learn State National Companies products and services.
  • Previous experience supporting accounts strongly preferred

The base salary offered for the successful candidate will be based on compensable factors such as job-relevant education, job-relevant experience, training, licensure, demonstrated competencies, geographic location, and other factors.
