Client Support Specialist - Weekend Coverage

Landis is a homeownership company taking on the housing affordability crisis. Our mission is to guide people on their unique path to homeownership, and we do this through personalized coaching and a holistic homeownership program where we buy a home for a client and rent it to them while we help them prepare for a mortgage. We are growing rapidly and looking for a Client Support Analyst to join our Operations team for weekend coverage, with a schedule covering Thursday through Monday . This role will interact with aspiring homeowners who want to learn more about how Landis can help them achieve their dreams.

The ideal candidate will communicate with confidence and compassion by phone, email and text, will thrive in a fast-paced environment and will be a quick learner, able to share their understanding of our product. Strong judgment and the ability to manage varying client and partner personalities are essential to success in this role.

Where you will make an impact:

• Contribute to company strategy by understanding client pain points and sharing your learnings with your managers and Landis leadership
• Collect and maintain KPIs and dashboards for internal and external use
• Work closely with senior leadership to identify process gaps, and resolve via implementation of tools and training cross functionally
• Lead a successful client and partner experience as the face of Landis when they first reach out to us
• Listen to clients, answer their questions and give them the confidence to move forward
• Work alongside your teammates to guide clients to the best solution for their homeownership journey
• Answer technical questions around how the homeownership program will work for them
• Weekend coverage to answer clients inquiries, working Thursday through Monday

Your background includes:

• Bachelors’ degree in Business or related field required
• Experience going above and beyond to answer customer questions and solve their specific issues
• Experience managing your time in an environment where prioritization is required
• Outstanding communication and teamwork skills
• Experience in finance/real estate
• You spend your spare hours on Zillow, Trulia, and Redfin
• Bilingual speaking would be a plus
