Client Technical Support Consultant

In this role, you will serve as subject matter expert, in One Tax, within ADP's Tax Operations division and deliver quality, accurate, and timely interactions. You will provide support for process and product queries and collaborate with many internal support team. You carry the weight of ADP's service reputation and client satisfaction in your hands..
The nature of what you do every day will not change -- your #1 goal is to provide support and solutions to the filing teams. Still, every day will be different because the projects assigned to you will vary. There will be no shortage of questions you receive will vary, as will the solutions you provide each internal associate and their clients, which will keep things interesting, and our top-ranked training will help to set you up for success!

What you'll do: Responsibilities
What you can expect on a typical day:

• Product Support. You will support most of the functions that are housed within MainFrame.
• Learn. You will continually upgrade your knowledge and skills on payroll/Tax, including federal, state and local compliance, standard operating procedures, administrative practices, other products, and desktop support tools to develop and maintain your ability to support our clients.
• Organize. You adhere to a daily schedule and organize yourself to deal with a high volume of internal calls. Daily phone time may increase during peak seasons, like at the close of the year.

TO SUCCEED IN THIS ROLE: Requirements

• Familiar with functionality of Main Frame and all the supporting screens.

A college degree is great but not required. What's more important is having the skills to do the job. Other acceptable experiences could include:

• Ability clearly communicate and collaborate with peers and all levels of management.
• Work experience where skills including teamwork, adaptability, organization, and follow-through will which help you identify solutions, and achieve success.
