  • Conduct hands-on demos and exercises to demonstrate the practical application of DFIN features and functionality.
  • Provide best practice insights including product education, technical advice, and adoption guidance to customers.
  • Create content that is intuitive and easy to navigate for our client certification program in our new Learning Management System.
  • Use technology to enhance the learning experience, including video, audio, simulations, and gamification to create an immersive and interactive learning experience across a variety of audiences, roles, tasks, skills, and capabilities.
  • Be a subject matter expert in ActiveDisclosure and collaborate with other SME’s and stakeholders to develop content in alignment with learning goals and user engagement.
  • Assist in the administration of our Learning Management System to create an engaging learning experience that drives users to come back for more.
  • Leverage data analytics to inform content development to drive user adoption and client retention.
  • Manage a detailed project plan to effectively organize content and deliverables in a logical and intuitive manner and prioritize work based on business needs and pivot when organizational needs require it.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in related field or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • 3+ years of experience in client training and facilitation experience within a fast-paced SaaS environment or commercial products.
  • 3+ years of program or project management experience (nice to have).
  • Experience using a variety of content creation and editing tools such as Articulate 360, Adobe Creative Cloud, Camtasia and equivalent tools as well as web conferencing tools such as Zoom and Teams (nice to have).
  • Experience conducting training needs assessments and assessing curriculum effectiveness to develop solutions that positively impact learner performance.
  • Self-motivated with experience creating instructor led training, virtual learning, and eLearning methodologies.
  • Detail oriented, organized, able to juggle multiple projects at once, meeting aggressive timelines for deliverables, with accuracy, quality and attention to detail
