What You'll Bring:
- 4+ years sales experience with direct interaction with large Financial Services customers
- Financial Services experience with the ability to articulate & manage value expectations
- Effectively and efficiently address account issues
- Strong business acumen
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills to address challenging situations
- Ability to navigate matrix resource support and identify new/different resources as needed
We'd Love to See:
- Previous TransUnion Financial Services Enterprise level sales responsibility that demonstrates the ability to develop relationships, cultural integration and understanding on key business drivers, budget owner objectives, priorities & success metrics
- Previous experience leveraging data and insights around priorities to help identify opportunities to increase customer results
- At minimum, Bachelor's degree in business or related experience
- Work product evidence that is: Proactive, Strategic, Insight led, Relationship Driven, Collaborative, Team Oriented and Accountable to Excellence
Impact You'll Make:
- Collaborate with Partners, Client Executive, and Industry Executives in overall management of accounts to ensure client satisfaction and their measurable success
- Consult with product owners for product fit to increase value
- Responsible for Salesforce (owned initiatives/opportunities and use of Account Optimizer to support the customer account planning)
- Responsible for product implementation work with client
- Communicate with users through business review cadence to ensure programs are achieving desired value against their priorities, are reprioritized based on any changes and measured to identify any gaps to focus resources towards
- Responsible for service support of these programs through managing resources PM's, changes requested including expanding the program
- Responsible for gathering Voice of User feedback (insight, use cases) and informing full account team, as needed
- Responsible for renewals of current programs and product usage
- Responsible for tracking and forecasting revenue trends
- Work closely with Sales Support team to ensure account information is up to date
