What We'll Bring:
The Director, Client Value Executive for Technology, Retail & Ecommerce (TRE) is the manager of the Client Value Executive team that oversees a portfolio of 900+ accounts representing approximately $200 Million in revenue to TransUnion. This leadership role has 8 direct reports who as a team will be responsible for retaining and growing revenue by driving client value, success, and adoption of TransUnion/Neustar products and solutions.

  • Team leadership including:

o Recruiting and building a team of Client Value Executives (CVEs), including talent management, team development, mentoring
o Working with CVE senior leadership to establish territories, targets, revenue budgets and goals
o Build strong working relationships with leaders across TransUnion/Neustar products and services to ensure client successes and outcomes
o Providing accurate forecasts of the portfolio revenue and retention
  • Retain and Grow Revenue: working with our clients to ensure TransUnion is seen as a valued and integral partner to achieving their goals, resulting in revenue growth for our clients and TransUnion

o Direct accountability for account retention (renewals), revenue growth, planning and forecasts
o Work closely with Customer Success/delivery and product to achieve client objectives
o Working with Account Executives (sales) as owners of strategic deals to grow the accounts
o Represents positioning the TransUnion/Neustar portfolio of products and solutions to clients
  • Primary Client Contact: You will also serve as the escalation point of contact for your client portfolio

o Ensure we build and maintain relationships across our client organizations including upper and lower-level contacts in the portfolio as needed to retain and grow revenue
o The first client escalation point for any concerns with regard to deliverables, finance/billing, support issues that are not being addressed to the clients satisfaction
o Help the client navigate TransUnion/Neustar - connect client with the right resources and contacts as needed to explore additional solutions, resolve issues, etc.

What You Bring to the Table:
  • 7+ years of experience in Account Management/Client Success positions
  • Proven success managing and growing an account portfolio
  • Strong consultative, analytical and strategic capability; always thinking about what's next and able to deliver a compelling business case for bringing new ideas forward
  • Experience leading a team of direct and indirect reports across various disciplines (account management, delivery, customer success, pre-sales, product) to drive client outcomes and value
  • Experience working in evolving matrixed organizational structures, and maximizing resources
  • Strong oral and written communication, organizational and analytical skills
  • Effectively shares/ disseminates information; listens to others and incorporates/integrates information
  • Must be able to meet established deadlines, while working with a sense of urgency and strong attention to detail; able to juggle multiple priorities at one time
  • A self-starter, with the ability to quickly change course and adapt to meet business needs
  • Positive and consistent attitude; good sense of humor is a plus!
  • Proficient in Salesforce, PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and virtual meeting software (Teams, Zoom, etc.).
  • Potential for travel up to 10% of the time
