Position Responsibilities:

• Create all client custom reports for Formulary Operations and Client Program teams to meet client needs and regulatory reporting requirements for drug utilization review as required for Commercial, Medicare, and Medicaid clients
• Assist with disruption analysis and other client specific needs, as needed
• Generate or modify existing clinical programs outcomes reports in collaboration with the Clinical Programs team
• Identify, prevent, and mitigate formulary errors found through analysis in partnership with the Formulary Operations team
• Lead Clinical Analytics projects including creation of Medication Therapy Management reporting to ensure optimum therapeutic outcomes for targeted beneficiaries
• Development and maintenance of ad-hoc and standard reports to support internal and external Clinical Program analytics and reporting needs
• This individual may also support general business needs and operations, as required including –
  • Quality initiatives and support of the Quality Management Committee
  • BI Tool Creation to improve productivity
  • Human Capital development
  • Clinical program reports to track revenue

Required Qualifications:

• Undergraduate bachelor’s degree
• Advanced degree preferred, but not required
• PBM/health system/health plan/managed care experience preferred
• 4+ years of proven experience in data & analytics, benefits consulting, financial consulting, etc.
• Project management and Client Facing experience a plus
• Experience performing complex analyses on large sets of data
• Experience working with structured and unstructured data
• Knowledge of data management, statistics, modeling
• Highly proficient in SQL, Power BI and VBA experience is a plus
• Ability to balance multiple complex projects simultaneously
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
• Extremely flexible, highly organized, and able to shift priorities easily
• High attention to detail
• Commitment to delivering high quality work product
